360 & 720 Feedback
Our 360 feedback platform can be customised with your own questions and produces a tailored PDF report for users when complete. Users can also benchmark their progress through training by taking an optional 720 evaluation at the end of their training.
E-learning
We offer a tailored package to suit your training requirements, from the creation of interactive courses using your existing training materials, delivered through our Learning Management System.
Online Assessments
Our Assessment Platform allows you to administer the assessment of a course or programme entirely online. The system includes automated deadline reminders and the ability for users to create a portfolio of work by uploading media such as documents, audio recordings and video files.

About us
Since 2016 we have been working with a wide range of clients including multi-academy trusts, training providers and leadership coaches to deliver a range of feedback and training solutions for the education and commercial sectors. We also have experience in working with training providers to support the delivery of the National Professional Qualifications for School Leadership, and have developed a suite of tools tailored towards the delivery of these programmes.
